Building Use Forms (BURs) are required for any event requesting use of the building or property. The BUR ensures that the room is open and has all the necessary items for the ministry using it. BURs are essential because they affect the door locking schedule, thermostats and Preschool. Not all spaces are available for use. The Ministry Coordinator can help you determine the best space for your event.
Please note that filling out a BUR is not permission. The Ministry Coordinator will contact you and inform you if the request was approved, needs amending, or is withdrawn. This process generally can take up to two weeks so please submit your form as soon as you know your event date.
